How Much Notice Must A Landlord In Calif. Give Before Planning A Fumigation Treatment Where Tenant Must Move Completely Out For Three Days?

The fumigation company is stating that anything with polyester in it and all living things must be moved out of the condo for three days. This will cost an exhorbitant amount of money. How much notice must a landlord give to do this and what about rent offset for the cost? I.e. Hotels, food, movers, etc.

According to law the landlord can give you the minimum time limit. And in a case landlord has filed a fumigation then you can take more time than 3 days. And landlord would pay you for the compensation i.e for your cost of living in hotels, food etc provided it was not fixed in the terms and conditions of the agreement.
