Who Is The Serial Killer Richard Ramirez?

Ricardo "Richard" Muñoz Ramirez was born on the 29th of February in the year 1960 in El Paso, Texas in the United States of America. He is basically a serial killer who was involved in various kidnappings, rapes and murders. Before he was captured he was given the name The Night Stalker by the news media in California. Richard was born in a Mexican family and had strict parents especially his father who gave his children Catholic Education and often used to beat them if they got into trouble. His father had a history of loosing his temper and was a violent person. When he was a young man he moved in with a friend in an apartment where he lived for the next two years.

His killing spree began on the 28th of June in the year 1984 when he entered a house through an open window at night in order to steal things. When he saw that there was nothing to steal he got angry and started stabbing a sleeping woman. This act of stabbing excited him and he sexually abused the corpse. He thus started a long murdering spree where he used the same method of entering into the homes of people, killing them and stealing their belongings.  Of all the people he shot some even survived and a big manhunt was on for the Night Stalker. Finally he was caught in 1985 and was found guilty of 13 murders. On November 7, 1989 he was sentenced to death and is awaiting his execution on death row presently.
