It's really hard to say, why she is not able to stand after delivery. That normally doesn't happen! The only thing I can tell you is, that something probably went wrong when she delivered. What it is is very hard to say! To be on the safe side, I would call your vet and let them know what is happening, or better yet, take her in and have her looked at. The vet is the only one who can determine what the problem is, and how to treat it! Poor Baby! I hope it's nothing serious!
