What's The Bone Like Lump In Muscle On Left Foot?

This is on the muscle and isn't painful but i do get cramps in my feet at night and while driving...there is a numb tingling feeling that starts in the top of my foot to the calf of my left leg. No there isn't any infection swelling or soreness...sometimes the cramps make my foot muscle sore if they are really bad.

Is the area red and hot as well as sollen? Wheter it is the result of an athelete's food, injury or underlying diabetes, any type of infection of the foot can allow bacteria into the tissues underneath the skin, resulting in cellulitis. In cellulitis the skin is very red and hot to the touch and the extent of the infection is clearly marked. Usually the lymph glands in the roin are swollen as antibodies to the infection are produced, but there will also be considerable swelling in teh affected leg.
Whilst varicose veins affect the surface or superficial veins of the legs, bang in the middle of the legs is a much more important system of veins where in certain circumstances slotting, or thrombosis, can occur. A clot in the deep veins is a serious condition.

You need to see a doctor . It could be serious or just a mild sprained foot like a sprained ankle. Www.intelihealth.com/IH/ihtIH/WSIHW000/9339/25957.html
