What Would Happen If I Were To Get Shot In Stomach?

The question is not clear and does not have some information needed for understanding and answering. I will try to answer which I understand. If you means an injury to stomach due to a shot or blow, then the survival depends upon the damage. If the blow is very serious then it can cause permanent damage to some parts of body like liver, which can lead to death. If you mean a shot of injection in stomach, then the answer is vaccine for rabies was used to be injected in peritonium.

That would depend on the type of gun used, the distance from the stomach, and the size of your abdomen.  A shot in the stomach can puncture holes in the intestines, liver kidney, any organ in that area. The bullet may choose either direction. Why are you asking this question. It sound strongly like someone has plans to do so or someone else who plans to do so.  If a bullet hit nerves, bleeders etc. Yes it can kill you as you may suffer while you bleed to death.  Yes you may be a vegetable for the rest of your life. The answer for this question is depend on the damage that the shot did if the shot damage an artery or vein or nerve its will kill you of course but if it is not you will survive even if apart or all the stomach removed

I'm doing research for a film I am acting in and I get shot in air fighter plane and I wanted to know what my body would be going through(blood out of mouth etc) if my plane and myself got shot with a 50 cal machine gun?
