Can I Get Leafs From Trees?
Can I get leafs from trees outside and grind them up then put it in aquarium? So algae will grow

No do not put outside plants in your tank. Sone trees contain poisonous oils that will disburse when in water and could kill your fish if they eat it. You will need good lighting on your tank if you want to have live plants and a sufficient amount of algae for your fish. I have power compact florescent lighting on my tank. s222.photobucket.com

No way that will mess up the water. According to my knowledge there are algae tablets easily available in the market for this purpose at reasonable prices. Another way is to put the aquarium under sunlight or can even pt under a lamp.
