How Can I Make A Crispy Porkchop And What Seasoning Do I Use?

    I usually use olive oil in the pan. Get it pretty hot before putting the pork chop in. I use accent, season salt and garlic salt on one side. Once you season it put it in the pan with the hot olive oil and seer it for just a few minutes.  Then turn it over and put the lid on it. Not only will the one side be crispy, it will also be very juicy. Good luck.
