A wet nose means he is healthy. But a extremely wet or runny nose can show that the cat is ill also. A dry nose could indicate that the cat has a fever, but does not always mean that the cat is sick.

 A WET NOSE on a cat or on a dog means that it is healthy when i was younger i would touch my cats nose and she would lick it again so yes if your cats nose is wet it is healthy even ask a vet

 If a cat's nose is cold and wet it is healthy :] If it's dry and warm, she/he might be ill. Unless it's really hot outside, then don't worry about it. =]
