They were left on the side of the road in a box they are adorable and appear very healthy!

You should never assume strays or dumpoffs to be healthy, Only vet can determine their health through testing. The kittens could have Feline AIDS or lukemia. These deseises (sorry can't spell) are highly contagois and your other cats will most likely catch it if the kittens are infected. Since these kittens were dumpoffs then they probably need to be dewormed. All kittens have worms when they are born.
If you volunteer to be a foster for a local pet rescue, then these kittens will be cleared of all diseases, get all of their shots, be dewormed, and get fixed. This would of course be of no cost to you. If you don't want to go that route, then a "FREE KITTENS" sign in your front yard should be suffecent.
