Pulmonary circulation is the movement of blood from the heart, to the lungs, and back to the heart again. De-oxygenated blood is returned to the heart from the remote parts of the body. Via pulmonary circulation, it is then sent to the lungs, re-oxygenated and returned to the heart for distribution to the remote body parts.
