    I Don't Get Paid For My Breaks, And That's The Point Of My Complaint. I'm Only Being Paid For 8 Hours A Day, And I'm Working A Minimum Of 10 Hours. Is It Legal?

    You should read your appointment letter and company policies & procedures to know about your rights. It is obvious that if you are working 10 hours and getting salary of 8 hours, you are disgraced by your company. It is not legal. You should talk to the management about your rights in the light of your contract.
