How Do I Get Full Custody Of My Two Daughters When I Left Their Mother But Feel They Are Not Being Well Looked After?

I left my two daughters mother due to a break down in the relationship. I have had my girls on a weekly basis and am always their when. Since I left I have noticed a difference in they way they are dressed, feed and educated. When I pick them up they haven't eaten, aren't appropriately dressed for the weather, very often are not clean and are over tired due to a constant change of routine.

You must file a petition with your local family court for permanent / full-time custody.  If you have a relationship with an attorney, use him/her to make your petition.

If you don't already have a relationship with an attorney, or cannot afford one; go to your family court and simply ask at the clerk's window for the forms to fill out.  Take a knowledgeable friend with you, make sure the forms are filled out neatly without spelling or grammatical errors.

It will be a long and arduous process, but it will be worth it if you really want your children to be happy.

It is very hard for a single parent to work and raise children. Maybe your exwife is just having a tough time and you need to share custody to give her some relief and help her out.  Are you really capable of the strain of being a single working parent with two children?  I bet not.  I think it is great that you love your children and are showing concern for their welfare.  But think about really helping the situation, not just getting back at your exwife.  Come up with some workable solutions that will give the children the benefit of both parents giving the best care that they can emotionally provide.
