Well, first of all, you can visit Blurtit quite often, there's all sorts of knowledge here, from people living all over the world, it won't hurt to flick through some of answers on a range of topics, some are opinion based, but it will be surprising how much you can pick up by a quick read!

Next, why not watch a lot of quiz shoes, they tell you the right and the wrong answers and you can always record them if you are really keen.

There are a great deal of books available on general knowledge topics and miscellany.  These are generally funny and fun.  

Watch the news.  Listen to the news.  Read the newspaper.  These will fill you in on current topical affairs and make you good at history in the future.
