Can I Draw Unemployment If I Have To Quit My Job Because I Am Pregnant And Have To Have Complete Bed Rest?

Well the best thing to do is tell them you have to take a leave of absences due to Drs orders and give them something in witting from your Dr and if they fire you because of it then not only can you get unemployment you can sue the company! Not saying that's a good thing but what I am getting at is don't quit your job if you have to stop working let them make that call then the ball is in your court. Let them fire you don't just quit it betters your chances.

I went to work for a company in 07-10-06 as temp to hire in 11-01-06 I went full time. In 07-19-07 I had a disk to collapse and went in for an operation, I filed papers for leave of absents I also had disability insurance they denied due to it being a precondition. After three months they said I could not return with out a full release my doctor will not give a full release. The company sent two certified letters saying I would be terminated on 02-04-08 if I don't return by that date. Can I file for disability unemployment if so at what point can I file.
