Being a team leader you should act as a moderator among the team members. You should assign them roles and also have the capability to expand their vision as well. You should ensure that the tasks are directed towards the goals and you should focus on the attainable tasks only. There are a number of characteristics of team leader which can be adopted to expand you vision.
