Which Is More Nutritious? Fruit Or Vegetable?

I'm a vegetarian and I hate fruits a lot, I don't know why, maybe it's in my blood because my family also prefer vegetables rather than fruits.

Vegetables. For a normal diet, you need about 5 serves per day.
However, you still need a couple of fruits per day. Excess fruit is not too good because they a high in carbohydrates.

Vegetables give you a lot more nutrients that you need, and they are more filling, fruits contain more sugars. You should still add the fruits to your diet though, maybe in juice form?

You get more nutrients from vegetables usually, but fruit has some more electrolytes. I think you are O.K. But I would add a little fruit juice in the morning maybe, couldn't hurt.
