    Female Bettas Surviving Together Should I Leave It In The Tank With The Other Three Or Remove It? What Could Happen If I Keep It In With The Other Three? Could It Kill One Of Them?

    I have three female bettas in a small aquarium.All three get along.I added a fourth female Betta to the tank. It become aggressive to the other three. Should I leave it in the tank with the other three or remove it? What could happen if I keep it in with the other three? Could it kill one of them?

    It is possible for it to get that aggressive, but unlikely. Bettas are generally social fish. However, anytime you add a new fish, there is a time of adaptation for all the fish. They will compete for the "alpha" position. Otherwise, the Betta may also be pregnant and that will tend for them to be aggressive and/or territorial. You may need to separate her for a while, if she is pregnant.
