The court has accused a married couple of these. The woman's charges are:Forgery in the first degree x3 and criminal conspiracy-a class c felony-His charges are theft in the first degree x2.We can't find work and we both need to be here ,But the courts have a no contact order but we have no place to go but we can't stay at the same home together. It is sometimes known as a restraining order, or civil protection order. My son was given a no contact order by a judge to stay away from me and our home. He got sick and I let him stay home but he is still there. What could happen to me and my son since neither one of us is complying with the judge. He has no place to go and no money. He will go back before the judge in May.

He is in violation of his order thus he could get into trouble. If you no longer want the restraining order - you should go back to the court to have it quashed...
