Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

One is Osmosis... Where the fluid is just slowly absorbed through the dividing membrane because of a difference in the two fluid contents. E.G: THE SLOW PASSING OF A FLUID WITH A HIGH SALINE CONTENT ACROSS A SEMI-PERMEABLE MEMBRANE TO A FLUID WITH LOW SALINE CONTENT IS DEFINED AS THE ACT OF OSMOSIS.
