Its hard to locate a prisoner online unless they're in federal--there's a # the cdc provides on any site you go to so you can call and find that info out--i think its www.cdcr.gov or org.you'll have to have their cdc # or their full name and d.o.b. They will tell you if they are in wasco or if they moved on and if so they'll tell you where and give the address too
