Well for starters they have to give you 30 days notice to get out.. Evictions are for those who won't leave or for those who have violated the lease in some way and when served an eviction notice you get at least 30 days unless the court decides otherwise... Keep in mind they cannot lock you out of your place, turn off the water or power, or throw out your things... So if they start to play hard ball know your rights and don't take their crap....
