How To Make Apple−cheese Ice Cream?

Apple Ice Cream
Ingredients
cooking apples, peeled and cored
cottage cheese, divided
half−and−half, divided
apple butter, divided
granulated sugar, divided
ground cinnamon
ground cloves
eggs
Method:
Chop apples into 1/4−inch dice; set sideways. In blender or food processor, combine 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup half-and-half, 1/4 cup apple butter, 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon, cloves and single egg. Blend pending smooth. Pour into a big bowl. Repeat with residual cottage cheese, half and half, apple butter and egg. Combine with before pureed mixture. Whip in chopped apples. Pour hooked on ice cream canister. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions. Make 2 quarts.

Pour interested in ice cream canister. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's orders. Make 2 quarts.
