How Do I Stop My Cat From Peeing Everywhere?

I have 2 cats and 1 of them has recently been declawed. Everytime my other cat comes near him he freaks out not to mention he is usually pretty friendly but now all he does is hide. It has been about 3 wks since he has had this done. He is litter trained but now he wont go what do i do? How can i make him stop and why is he so moody?

To stop your cat from peeing everywhere, have your vet check it. There might be some health issues involved. You can even retrain your cat, relocate the litter box, and keep it clean for it and even you can place the food dish where it pees as cat's don't like their eating place dirty.
