Fitting daily exercise into our daily lives can be a challenge. However, once you start, you'll be surprised at how easy it becomes.

Park your car a distance a way from the shops (providing it is safe) so that you can walk. Maybe you can even find a way to walk or bike to work. Also think about getting some exercise whenever you leave your house. If it's a nice day and a safe, manageable route, perhaps you could walk there!
Another way to get exercise is through recreational activities. Consider joining a sports club, like badminton, basketball or hiking. It's a great way to meet people and get exercise in the process!
