    My Landlord Is Evicting Me And We Haven't Yet Gone To Court We Go 9-3-08 But She Has Given Me A 60 Day Notice So What Do I Do Now?

    What are my chances of staying in the apartment until the end of the month if she gave me the 60 day notice 7-31-08 and 60 days will be 9-31-08

    Dear! Obviously if he has given you a notice then you must have to evacuated from there, but I would suggest that you must do counseling with the lawyer if you want to stay and the best possible way is to talk with the owner and try to adjust the matter with him directly if you want to live over there for long.
