Did You Look At Adam Lambert Differently After You Found Out He Was Gay? Do You Feel Differently Towards Him Now That You Know?

I personally dont. I still appreciate his beautiful voice, no matter his sexuality. Does his orientation really matter when he's trying to build a career upon music?

I had a feeling he might be gay in the first place, but it's hard to tell.  When it was confirmed my view of him was slightly affected.  Not for the worst or for the better, though.  Before I saw him as a theatrical man that dresses accordingly and that might be gay.  Now I see him as a theatrical man that dressing accordingly, who is gay and whose sexuality contributes to his theatrical-ness.
Personally, I agree with you.  Someone's sexuality should not affect how much that person is appreciated.  Adam is gay and his singing voice is still amazing as ever.  He was gay before he came out and he is gay now, so why should anyone's opinion on his music change?
His sexuality will actually matter (key word matter, as opposed to affect poorly) when he's trying to build a career upon music because the entertainment industry thrives off of it's viewers; His audience will change, perhaps a lot, perhaps a little.  It will lose some members and gain some new.  The members lost will be ones who are against homosexuality and who are turned off by him because of it and members gained will be ones who are for it and want to support Adam.
