My Dwarf Hamster Has A Lump Over His Right Shoulder That Seems Hard To The Touch, He Seems Fine Except For This Lump He Is Uncomfortable When It Is Touched, But Still Eats Drinks And Plays With His Companion?

I have recently gotten two dwarf hamsters and they have been quite a joy to have in our home. I'm worried now that one may be hurt or sick and I haven't seen anything happen to cause this problem. He seem normal except for the lump that has appeared overnight.

Lumps in animals can mean anything. Without seeing the hamster I can only suggest that you should take it to your local vet. I know this is not the answer you are looking for but it could only get worst. Or it could stay stable and not effect your hamster anymore. Its a good sign that he is eating and drinking and playing. But when touched and he is uncomfortable that means he is in pain with it. So best to get it checked out by a professional before getting any worst.
