No real signs like sore breast morning ,sickness but at night i am nauseated have a slight headache and some period like pains but no period ,no discharge either . Could these symptoms mean pregnancy?

No - this is classic signs of constipation. 11 days late could be pregnancy, why don't you do a pregnancy test?
The diarrhoea and constipation is a classic symptom of chronic constipation, where you have a hard blockage of faeces in your colon, which has been there for a long time, but more recently formed faeces forces its way past, causing diarrhoea.
Without knowing what you normally eat each day, it's hard to say for sure, but it sounds as if you are eating far too much meat and fried food, and not enough vegetables and fruit. You need to drink lots of water to help soften the stools in your gut and to rehydrate yourself (headache) and cut out fried foods, sugar and food with white flour in.
All that applies even if you ARE pregnant! Especially if you are pregnant! Good luck. ;o)
