Can A Sixteen Year Old Be Left Alone With My Child At A Day Care?

My child stays at a daycare in Georgia. Several times I have picked her up to find her alone with a sixteen year old girl. Is this legal ?

You may want to check with the managers/owners of the day care.  My thoughts are that children should be with more than one day-care worker at all times unless circumstances would prevent that from happening because of not enough workers for the number of children in attendance.  If this has happened more than once, I would talk to the manager and voice your concerns.  If you don't get an answer that satisfies you, you may want to take your child to another day care place.

I do not think a 16 year old should be left at a daycare.
    That is my opinion

I do not think this is legal but you might want to ask a lawyer if you do not get an answer from the owners/managers of the daycare

If the sixteen is a worker and is responsible as a babysitter. I don't think nothing wrong with it.
