I don't like it. I don't like anything being imposed on ppl because of ignorance. Ignorance simply means you go along with something because you don't know any better. Even if someone tells you its wrong you are so ignorant to how sneaky and low others will be you remain ignorant to warnings about them.
Could you give me more details on exactly how this works because i've never heard of it and i would love to include this information in my grassroot campaigns.

I think it stinks, and that's why some bill can't get passed. It may not be the bill itself that's objectionable. It's often the riders that are attached. Truthfully, it's nothing less than holding the people up at gunpoint. "You can't have what you need unless I get what I want." Pork barrel legislation is wasteful and even criminal. I know representatives are looking out for their own states, but allowing the passage of such bills robs the system of money that should be used elsewhere. Necessary legislation doesn't get passed when legislators vote against bills because of the attached riders. The public is the loser either way.

We have got to get "Line item veto"! Then a President could mark out the pork and pass the legislature that is needed.

Any Bill FOR Vets, the pres. and his buddies throw this Pork Barrel stuff on it! For everyone wants to help the Vets! So they put this JUNK riders on it to get them passed for they won't pass on their own! Then YOU PAY for the wasteful and worthless riders you don't want!
And if you don't vote FOR the Vet Bill they cut you down and this is how they do business! IT"S CRIMINAL!
It sounds like a big fiddle to me, are you saying that the riders need not have anything to do with the bill they are attached to? That sounds insane. (no offense)
