My Hamster Is About 9 Months Old And I Just Noticed That His Eye Was Completely Closed. What Can I Do To Help Him?

I used to towel to gently wipe the eye and puss came out. He is still drinking water a lot but is not eating and is not moving around as much as he used to.

Your hamster needs to be examined by a veterinarian.  Pus means infection and it is in the eye.  It needs to be treated to save the eye.  Small mammals are fairly prone to retrobulbar (behind the globe) abscesses.  Do not use any topical antibiotics you have at home on this eye--eyes require special formulas--other topical products can severely damage the eye.  Oral therapy may be needed as well.
It is never good when small mammals stop eating--they have limited body stores.
