    A piano is also known as pianoforte is basically a musical instrument, which is also classified as a keyboard, percussion, or string instrument. This classification generally depends on the system. These vibrations are generally transmitted with the help of the bridges to the soundboard, which is done with the help of amplifies on them.

    A piano on an average has 88 keys on the whole. Of which, 36 are usually black keys and they are also commonly known as "sharps". However, you also have some pianos that are usually made up of 85 keys. It is best if you say that a piano comprises of 88 keys!
