As the swivel housing castor and camber angles are the same, you will only need to change the two steering arms.
You will need to obtain a right hand drive steering box and mounting bracket; the steering relay can be reused by repositioning the levers. The clutch pedal assembly, meanwhile, can be modified but it is far simpler to just fit a used right hand drive unit instead.
The road springs can be reused but require to be swapped over. In addition, there will also be some modifications required to brake pipes and the handbrake will also need to be repositioned.
The new steering mountings must, of course, be precisely positioned. However, it should be noted that changing the steering in this way requires a significant amount of workshop experience and competency.
When completed remember to notify your insurance company of the modifications you have carried out. It will not, however, necessarily reduce your insurance premium as the vehicle will still be considered to be a modified vehicle.
