James Patterson is a hack! He's what I call a popcorn writer. He bangs outs cheap mysteries that are preposterous in scope. He makes a fortune. I've worked with him in the past and all I can say is he's a mean and nasty individual.

I have not yet got to the Cross series yet, but from what I understand, it's really good. I've recently started his Women's Murder Club series and it rocks.

Yes he should be because i read one of his books and man it was good. Well i didn't really read the whole book i just read one or 2 poems and it was so good

I enjoy James Patterson's talents in writing and I do believe he is "one" of the best.

Its great that he met him, but I feel a writer being a "mean and nasty individule" has no reflection of their abilities to write good novels.
