Who Is The Colonial Parkway Killer?

The Colonial Parkway Killer is the name given by the police to a serial killer who was never apprehended or found till today in the United States of America. He used to kill people along the Colonial Parkway of the state of Virginia between the years 1986 and 1989. During this period a total of four couples were killed by him out of whom one couple was never found and were presumed to be dead. The Colonial Parkway killer has a total of eight murders to his credit. His firs two known victims were named Cathleen Thomas (27 years old) and Rebecca Ann Dowski (21 years old) who were basically a lesbian couple and used to park at the Colonial Parkway for privacy. On the 12th of October in the year1986 their bodies were discovered inside their car. An autopsy was done and rope burns were found on their wrists and necks and their necks had been slashed with a knife.

In September of the year 1988 Cassandra Lee Hailey and Richard K Call were reported missing along the same area and till this date have not been found therefore have been presumed dead. In the year 1996 the unsolved case of the Colonial Parkway Killer was presented on national television. From the year 2005 the Colonial Parkway Killer has not yet been apprehended or identified.
