Answer Question

2 Answers - Sort by: Date | Rating

It’s been observed that the work rate of women’s has been increased to a great extent. Although a lot many women seek work but a large number get poor paid jobs and these jobs are mostly seen to be in informal sector with almost no job and social security.

Some of the hazards faced by the working women include the hazard faced by a working woman at the workplace as a woman, hazard faced by them in their families and in the society. Although a lot many women’s are observed who come out of their homes in search of employment, this all is done so that their family income would be raised but the society’s attitude is still not that much changed. They are still perceived as weak and inferior. This discrimination is present at home as well as the workplace.

Women’s are perceived to work like robots. If they are working they have to deal with the entire burden of domestic chores and this all is to be done before they eave for work. Many women’s are heard that they don’t have proper meals and are not being able to take proper care of themselves which in turn affects the up bringing of their children. Working women due to these reasons face emotional disorders as well.

Adding more to above questions, Working women are usually
required by their families (especially in under developed world countries) to
also do their all work at home along with office with no help from man.
In some areas it is taken as that women should not go for late night jobs
because of male dominated societies that offer least security for women.
Abuse at work place is another and is also looked as inferior sometimes when
assigning work thus making their path towards progress more difficult!
