Can You Fix A Flat Screen TV After It Is Struck By Lightning?
I just got my magnavox flat screen TV payed off and then lightning struck it last night ... Now the TV will not power on.. Can it be fixed? Thanks

The cost of the repair would probably be more than the TV.
Simply because the electronic parts of the tv are not made to handle large currents such as strikes from lighting.
In a normal surge, short circuit situation or over voltages; The chain of command from the flow of energy only make some thing go bad.
In a strike parts of the electronics that should never find itself dealing with high voltage are destroyed.
