Answer Question

With the engine off pump the brake pedal until hard. While still holding the pedal as hard as possible start the engine. The pedal should go soft and drop down lower and slightly raise back up if this has not happened then it is more then likely that the brake servo has failed you can check the vacuum pipe going to the servo for any leaks. The servo is a round black thing that is usually found near the fluid bottle.
