We are trying to track her cycle, yesterday vet said any day now, read somewhere discharge would be yellow, but hers is green, just would like some input. Thank you

Your dog's blood is brown but it does not mean that it is ready to mate. Moreover its discharge should not be green. Did you describe this whole situation to your vet? Your dog is suffering from some disease. It requires a thorough check up. It is not like this that it is not in heat but the thing is remaining symptoms are not very healthy. So before your dog conceive an embryo, just get it checked by a vet.
