It depends on the service provider from whom you buy the identity module (SIM)
I'm using Hutchison and it works in Sri Lanka and India (and some countries)
Dialog company supports many regions. Some service providers connect each other to support each other networks to make global networks. When you buy the SIM, search for their global coverage and networks supported.
