    Sales Managers are the people who belong to the Sales function. Their job is to maintain and increase the sales of the company as a whole. It is a very important function as far as banks are concerned. The Sales Department in Banks is responsible for personal selling of credit cards, insurances, and other banking services.

    The Regional Sales Manager of a bank is the head of managers of a particular geographical area. The geographical area is usually a province or a district or can also be marked as north or south etc. He is responsible for the overall performance of that region. He is also responsible for formulating and implementing appropriate sales strategy for this region, keeping in view the organizational goals and competencies.
