Is It Better To Exercise In The Morning Or Can You Exercise At Night With The Same Benefits?

Sometimes I am not able to exercise in the morning, would after work be OK? I usually don't get home until after 6 p.m.

    Actually exercising in the morning is good as it keeps your metabolic rate high all day... Exercising at night also works... Relieves stress sometimes :-)

        A regular exercise regimen doesn't have to be done at any specific time.  the main thing is that you exercise consistently.
