How Can I Fix My Car?

My 2003 Chrysler-Sebring was low on oil and we were milking a water pump because it had a slow leak by adding water or radiator fluid daily. We would watch all the fluids daily, but today with warmer weather the car upruptly stopped. My daughter put too much oil in it, we cleaned up the mess the best that we could. The car will turn over, but will not fire. What could be the problem?

Have you checked the spark plugs to see if the oil has fouled the plugs by leaking past the valve guides or the rings.
