How Can I Loose Belly Fat In 2 Weeks?
I'm uncomfortable about my body...Ive been trying to loose weight since i was in middle school...i want to know how can i get a flat stomach in 2weeks?? I do sit ups and crunches but they only help a little

Sit-ups don't help lose fat.. All it does is make it harder since it straightens the mucles.. The best thing to do is go on light jogs for about 40 minutes.. Then when it comes for the foods just eat healthy! Make sure you cut out the fat.. Fat has 9 calories per gram.. Carbs r important.. That's where you get your energy.. Plus carbs and protein only have 4 calories per gram..

Well i can say curl ups pull ups and a lot of them in hard working motion oh and walking and maybe running. That's all i can say just a friend good luck.

Well what you need to understand is fats are the excessive of the food and this comes as a result of too much of what a person eats.The challenge is the body finds it difficult to use much of the food it recieves and so most of it is converted in to fats.The areas where these fats concentrate around the body are the neck,stomach and the chest.Since you really want to get rid of these fats around the stomach,this is the best way you can do.Do this for a week and you will begin to see the difference.
1.Make it a point to eat garlic every morning.Crash 2 moulds of it and make them small balls.Swallow like you take tablets witha glass water or juice.
2.During lunch eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and please put off starch foods for a while just only for a week.
3. During evening make some exercise aerobics and do much of stomach exercise.
4.On your way to sleep eat lots of fruits and please avoid starch and taking sugar tea.
5.Take alot of water during the course of the day.Do this just one week and you will see a great change.
