If by clipping you mean tubal ligation then there are poor chances of pregnancy because clipping is most reliable method of contraception. Sometime due to inadequate procedure or if clipping become too old then sperms can escape and cause pregnancy but this pregnancy is ectopic and should be terminated immediately.
