What Is CA's Law In Regards To Changing Carpets In Rental Apartments?
 As far as I know there is no law that obliges a rental company to replace / change carpets.. If the carpet is fine then why would they change it? If you feel the carpet is dirty, you should have mentioned it when viewing the apartment and requested cleaning before signing. If it is beyond salvage the same applies. |
