If you are properly connected then you will see the folder of Motorola phone on your computer. Go to 'My Computer' and you will find the folder there. You can simply copy and paste the pictures from your phone.
On the other hand, there are softwares which come with the phone. If you have installed any of such software then you can synchronize with your computer. Hence, can copy all the files.

That is what I would have thought.. so I must not be "properly connected." I connected my phone to my PC via USB cable, but all it does is charge the phone! ???
