Can A Tow Company Sell My Car Without Notifying Me?

If this was just a tow company they would have had to notify you at some point they had your vehicle..either you waited a sufficiently long time past the date allowing them to sell or you did not try to at least pay their lot fee for storing your vehicle daily...that or this is a tow yard for repossessed vehicles and you have lost ownership of the vehicle by missing payments..if this did not happen then you could take the tow truck company to court as long as you can produce the proper paperwork showing up to date payments or title for the vehicle..that's my 2 cents
