What Foods And Drinks Are Iron Enriched?

I have had a funny turn and I need foods that have a lot of iron in them. Please can you tell me anything that may help. :P

    Shellfish (clams, oysters, mussels, shrimp), organ meats, and rare red meats, all have very high levels of digestible iron.. As do beans and lentils, and some nuts and seeds like pumpkin seeds.

      Cooked spinach not fresh and fish you can put vinegar salt and pepper to it  add some flavor

        Some of these foods you may not like, but they are very high in iron, and  with the food network site,  you should be able to find plenty of recipes for these foods.
        Chicken liver, is the highest on this list that I found, followed by oysters, Beef- chuck, ready to eat fortified cereal, instant oatmeal fortified, soybeans, lentils, kidney beans, beans in general, spinach, raisins, and wheat breads. Maybe you should ask your doctor if you can take an iron supplement to help you along with getting the iron into your system. Hope this helps, good luck.

        Brocolli ,brown bread,weetabix,branflakes,brownrice,guiness,redmeat,be careful of drinking tea it depletes iron stores in the body don't consume straight after a meal
