Does Any One Have A Good Recipe For Pork Eggrolls?

You need....
1 head green cabbage, 3 stalks celery, 1 large onion, about 1/2 lb peeled baby carrots, 1 can water chestnuts, about 2 cups broccoli flowerets, 1 lb. Pork sausage crumbled, cooked and drained, but save sausage drippings, use 1/4 cup drippings. Soy sauce to taste. Garlic to taste

shared all vegetables in a food processor or dice very small by hand
place drippings in a large dutch oven, over medium-high heat, add soy sauce, garlic, and all vegetables and cook until tender crisp, add sausage and heat through to mix flavors. Place mixture on egg roll wraps and roll as directed on package. Deep fry until golden brown.  If you have any unused wraps, spoon can apple or cherry pie filling into center of wrap and deep fry for an awesome dessert.

If you prefer to use pork roast instead of sausage, cook and shared roast, use vegetable oil instead of the sausage drippings. YUM!!!
